Is it a bad sign if a guy does not text you the next morning or day after a first date? how long do we wait before moving on?

No its not because that can make a guy (or a girl) look desperate.. Waiting a few days is fine.

I usually take a day to think about the date. Then text her how I feel about a second date.

I actually ended up texting the night after our date… he texted right away.:: I thought that’s a good sign? But the day after that (today) I haven’t heard from him.. I know he’s busy going out of town but I feel like he’s no longer into me 😞

Oh gotcha. Well I know my date is going out of town 1-1.5 hour from here to see a childhood friend who came back to town from traveling

If he can't his life together to actually talk to you (not text) then forget about him. Communication is vital, and texting doesn't cut it.
