No contact in a month?

He hasn't contacted me in a month after i told him i wasn't happy with how he never texted me enough. And he said he did enough and im overreacting. He then said ok'. And went quiet on me he does watches my stories sometimes. He used to say things like we will be together forever and that he loved me... but silent?

Hmm that's weird. A month of no contact does seem like a long time. A couple things could be going on:

1. Maybe he got mad that you said he didn't text enough and is cooling off. Guys can be sensitive about stuff like that sometimes.

2. Could be that he's lost interest and doesn't have the balls to actually break it off. The whole "watching your stories but not texting" thing seems shady.

3. Possibly something else going on in his life that he's not telling you about. Family issues, work stress, who knows.

My advice would be to try reaching out one more time - a simple "hey, just checking in" type of text. See if he responds. If he doesn't or is still vague, I'd say it's probably done dude. You don't wanna waste your time chasing someone who isn't all in. Plenty more fish and all that. Hope it works out but don't stress too much over this dude if he's being flaky.

Overeacting sounds rough was it over text? Maybe it was an overreaction if he felt this strongly. Could be tone maybe it reminded him of a situation that he has been through before and simply thinks red flag must leave not going to go through that again. His lifestyle and your needs don't align

Is texting your only way of communicating with this boy? You don't talk in real life? You don't write letters? You don't have video calls?

What kind of primitive way of communicating do you two have? It is harrowing to realize that communication nowadays is solely limited to texting.

I mean, I could understand if you were pre-teens or early teens in the age group 13-15 but adults past their 30s still solely communicating through text is somehow surprising.

He seems to be definitely upset at your instance to want even more text communication. I mean, there is just so much one can text before it becomes really odd. I would also be upset if I was forced to text the entire day to a person and that if I don't reach my quota, I get reprimanded.
