So my manager is leaving in 3 days on Friday i said on teams to her i want to ask her for coffee after work as she is leaving. I wrote as collegues not on a date, she said ofcourse and i joked or maybe more. She wrote its inapropriate neither now nor in the future. Than i started pissing my pants and wrote her i was just joking and wrote something we can have a fisscusion about this one day and she replied there will be no discussion and she said have a good evening. I wrote her i am sorry i want to keep good work relationship with you and you remember me best way. So my question how do i now fix it and still keep my reputation her eyes. Should i ignore her or pretend and joke as nothing happened?

Yo man, that's super awkward. I'd just lay low and let it blow over at this point.
Definitely don't joke around with her anymore - that ship has sailed. Pretending like nothing happened is only gonna make it weirder.
When you see her before she leaves, keep it strictly professional. Say something brief like "Hey, have a good one" and leave it at that. Don't force conversation.
Eventually she'll be gone and it won't matter so much. Just focus on your work and being respectful til then.
In the future, don't ask out managers. Too much risk if they say no. And don't joke about dating - comes off thirsty even if you don't mean it like that.
Give it some time, do your thing, and this'll all be a funny memory. Just play it cool til she's outta there my guy!
Don’t ignore her, but accept the rejection and move on. Don’t bother apologising more or trying to make up for it. Just keep things professional and carry on with your job. And don’t try to ask her out again.
Just be cool and accept the rejection. That is in the past. No jokes nothing.
