Coworker asked if I have a girlfriend?

I was helping two female coworkers, (one of them is very new, other has been here awhile). While I was helping them the one who has been there for awhile asked me if I had a girlfriend. I did not answer the first time, so it was asked twice. I was thinking to myself, I would not ask a female coworker if she had a boyfriend, because I would be afraid they would think I'm hitting on them.

Do you think it's likely one of them likes me?
