I don't know what "Hinge" is but I have heard about "Tinder". I believe it is one of those hookup/fornication sites where people attempt with all means to copulate with others.

If this "Hinge" site is the same, then obviously it makes no difference where those friends want to get into the pants of each other.

If I had a friend on any of those pornographic platforms, then they would simply no longer be my friends because I could never feel safe again since those friends are actively searching to get laid.

To me, it is all but a joke and only indicates that those friends may be dangerous as I could never trust them again to be just friends without any ulterior motives.
