Nah man, that ain't right at all. A good relationship takes both people stepping up y'know? If she always gets her way no matter what and never compromises, then she ain't really respecting you or caring about your feelings either bruv.

It should be a team effort where you both listen to each other and work things out together, not just one person running the show completely. Tell her straight that won't fly no more, yeah? You deserve someone who meets you half way.

Not that you shouldn't take her needs into account too, but constant breaking up threats over minor disagreements is just manipulation innit. Have a proper chat about how it makes you feel left out of decisions and that both sides need compromising.

You gotta stand up for yourself or she'll just walk all over you mate. If she's not down to properly share the power in the relationship then you're better off finding someone who appreciates you, trust. Don't let no bird treat you like that yeah!
