Why did my boyfriend drop all his friends when he started dating me?

So my boyfriend use to have a big circle of friends. He use to go out with them all the time. Ever since him and I been in a relationship he stopped hanging out with them. He wants to see me everyday and always misses me. I tell him to hangout with his friends and he’s like I don’t want to. Why is he like this all of a sudden?
