On average most people tend to stick wthin their own race / ethinicity BUT There are people out there open to interracial dating etc. So on average more indian women would be with an indian man but there are some out there who don't like any other race/ethnic background.

Look up Mindy Kaling. She has such a thing for white guys that almost all of her projects involve a romance between an Indian woman and white man. The best example is Kelly from the Office. So yeah, she's living proof of that
