Why did my exs girlfriend text me and delete the text are they trying to start drama?

So yesterday my exs girlfriend texted me and deleted the message definitely not an accidental text either it was an in love face emoji I was looking at my phone when that message came through and within seconds she deleted it and removed her profile pic. Pretty bizarre behavior should I text her back. I do know her so she and her boyfriend always look at my status. I have no issues with them anymore. Are they trying to start drama. Any advice would help thanks
