Its been two week we broke up but my ex didn’t block me why he doesn’t?

He decided we don’t work out bcz we have different mindset, he said we have tried a lot its not working, I asked him to block me everywhere ( coz i don’t want to unblock him and i really can't block him or keep him in block list) he also said he can't block me but then i told him to and he did he still kept fb he didn't block me there and i asked him to tell his sister remove me bcz one day when he gets a new girl she won’t be worried about me, but he didn’t tell his sister.. i don’t understand why he does that :( does that mean he wants to know what happens with me? It makes me so nervous its still like the chapter is not completely closed ,
