How does this process of selecting a spouse sound?

It is the most popular method in my country nowadays.

People create profiles on matrimonial websites and then select someone based on that. A few meetings are arranged with the potential partner and within a few months people get married.

It is sort of like dating under parental supervision and usually no pre-marital sex is allowed. In fact, people do not live together before getting married.
