I'm talking about a casual invitation not formal.

This isn't hard to understand. I meant between friends and when family invites you over.
Nothing formal or semi formal.
Even after I said not formal I still got a "formal" answer

If you want just the friend you can say, joy me and the girls or we have one extra seat at the concert or looking for one more to come with us etc…

If you want both, you could suggest, you and your beau are welcome to join us this Friday for a fun trip etc…

Typically if they say "I'm inviting you to this party and I would love for you to come" I generally ask "what type of party is it" that because I remember in my early twenties my best friend invited me to a "party". I didn't know at the time he invited me that stripers were going to be there and when I arrived I saw these half naked girls walking in. I was confused. So then I was sitting down and this girl crawls on the ground like a cat Infront of me and started caressing my thighs and asked her what in the world she was doing and she replied "what? Didn't you know this was a striper party" I was confused and asked my friend and he said that he "forgot to tell me". But generally people say you can bring your wife or I'll ask of my wife is available to come

The question isn't clear, but I'll give some suggestions.

Address a wedding invitation to Mr. & Mrs. Joe Smith. If they're not married but dating, you can address it to Mr. Joe Smith and Ms Sally Brown. If you aren't aware of their status, you can always add Plus One to the invitation.

If we're not talking about a wedding, you can say, "Come keep me company while our husbands work on my car."

You can also say, "Let's all go to the game (or concert) together."

well me being a decent human being, i always ask if it's okay to bring him with. i don't just show up without telling the details.

as for other people and their rudeness, i guess just say you BOTH should come to so and so. if you only want to include your friend, then just say just me and you.
