The same way you do anyone else, you compliment for the bit that is deserving of a compliment. You don’t give compliment unless they are deserving of them. If they have helped someone, done something deserving of a compliment, if it’s about how they look, then it’s the same as anyone else.

You silly goose, you can compliment people with a disability like anyone else. Hair, clothing, smile, laugh, voice, music taste etc.I grew up with a guy that had polio and had to walk with a cane. I treated him like every other kid. He never wanted to be treated special.
