Got stood up on date without a call/text. Bumped into a week later, she smiled but I ignored as I was hurt. Was judged as being very entitled?

I met this girl and asked her out, she agreed to meet the following week. On that day I texted her (she doesn't have my number) and asked if she is coming she told me let's do it the following week as I'm busy today. I said sure and asked if it's going to the same time she said tentatively and I wished that everything is okay at her end (as she told me she was busy). The following week, I went there and she didn't come and didn't call or text. She didn't even reachout to me the following days as well. I met her a week later, she smiled but i ignored because i was hurt. I texted her later and apologised for ignoring her, she told me that I'm very entitled.

Am I wrong here?
