If I'm being assaulted, I'll defend myself. But if for whatever reason I somehow get to the point where I strike my partner (outside the bedroom ;) ) I'll end the relationship right there. Clearly I've fucked up somewhere and I don't deserve her and she doesn't deserve that.

I could do serious damage to anyone I hit, especially if I lose my temper with them.. Then if I WERE to hit a woman , it would have to be because I lost my temper.. I know where to hit, how to hit to cause lethal damage!
I would have to be pushed VERY hard just to hit a guy, there is literally no way I would allow myself to hit a woman, despite whether or not she deserved it!
