You can TELL her, verbally. Be honest about your feelings, as a respectful way to affirm a relationship is over, or your feelings have changed and you are not interested in her any longer.
It WILL hurt her, but the honest answer is far better and more respectful to her, instead of randomly changing your behaviours and making her feel excluded, forgotten, and left wondering what is happening, or why you're suddenly treating her so differently.
Please talk to her in person and take time to explain your feelings.

That said , why do you have to make a point of showing her you don't love her, when you could quite easily just tell her?
