Boyfriend (28) distant after his brothers divorce?

my boyfriend brother's divorce got finalized and my boyfriend had been acting weird ever since then... he said he needed space due to family issues and I gave it to him but then he was reaching out to me every single day, he said he felt bad leaving me out and he was sorry. A week later, he texted me saying that he wanted to tell me everything unless I didn't want to talk to him- we spoke but he kept saying he would tell me but didn't. Now here's where it gets weird, he didn't reach out for the next 5 days. And I texted him asking is everything okay.. he took 2 days to respond... and I was annoyed.. so I didn't reply right away and he texted me multiple times... and then I just called him he said he would call me back, didn't. I asked him where our relationship stood and he hasn't responded. We have been tg for 2 years. I just need honest advice and opinions. Am I getting ghosted/ all of this stuff has been going on for 12 days, so I don't know if I'm just impatient...

First of all... don't make this about you. He's going through some heavy things. Divorce, esp the one of someone so close to you, can be daunting and cause to call a "time out" on whatever's going on with a person relationship wise. Give him a bit of space and see if he gets back to you. If you don't hear from him in, let's say, 2-3 weeks, move on.

Hard to say for sure, but I can relate because both of my brothers were divorced by their wives and their lives destroyed. Marriage is a terrible thing for men today. I wouldn't be surprised in that's where his head is.
