Maybe they made a poor choice in people they got married to. Just because you have many failed marriages doesn't necessarily mean that you are the problem. I will not marry them unless we are compatible. But I will not turn them down because of their past. Many people break up with their partner that they been with many years. Breaking up, divorce is a part of the life. If your partner changes which people do change then move on if they can't compromise. Live a stress free life.

There is a rule, and it applies to this situation. If you run into a jerk in the morning, you ran into a jerk. If you run into jerk all day, you're the jerk. Same with marriages. Once or twice sure I can agree with you, but 8? She's the problem if it's 8 failed marriages. You can disagree all you like but this is not only statically true, it's factually true.
