• He said i didn't put in money for tbe purchase , so i dont have a say in it.
• He told me to wait for marriage till he gets a car.
• He said am with him since he got a job... and would have left if he did business.
• He said am not like his friend and her lover.. asked me if i have any idea what true love is... told me to choose between him and my mother
• He himself said he would wait until am sure about my decision about our relationship but he would constantly crticize me of not be confident on our relationship
• He got angry when me and my parents were planning to buy a car... he said not to ask him... there was no reason to get angry but he insulted me , as he was frustrated he couldnt get one.
• He was comparing hinself with my ex and got angry for that
• He said he will give up all his desire and live like a dead person with me
• He made a move on me... but i said i wantes to talk since we are in ldr... but he said if he is not allowed near me then he doesn't want to talk
• He spoiled the trip shouting at us and went silent as if he was the one affected by it
• He even told me i didn't even like or love him like his exes did
• He got angry as i rejectes his move during our first meet in ldr
• He told me that i give importance to money only

okay hun, those are definitely some major red flags to watch out for:

1. Him saying you don't get a say in financial decisions just because you didn't contribute money is super controlling. Big no.

2. Making you wait for physical intimacy until marriage is also pressuring and not right to demand.

3. Comparing you to exes and other girls is meant to undermine your self-esteem and manipulate you.

4. The ultimatum of choosing between him or your mom is isolating and abusive behavior.

5. Constant criticism and anger over small things is emotionally draining and never okay.

6. Comparing himself to your ex is just petty jealousy on his part.

7. Saying he'll give up his desires for you puts way too much pressure and responsibility on you.

8. Silent treatment when he doesn't get his way is immature and meant to punish you emotionally.

Sis, you seem way too good for him. These are major red flags of controlling and manipulative behavior. Do you have trusted friends/family you can turn to for support?
