Trending & News NO, a woman's time is not more valuable than the man's time. - 69%
It's concerning that more males than females would vote that a woman's time is more valuable than his own. I would like to ask them why? Just why? Is it because they have bricks to lay, electrical lines to fix, and will probably be paying for the date as well?
Naw... hell naw...
I have a brewing theory that effinism is more of a problem because of dudes than the entitled chicks that take advantage of it.
What does this do?
What if a woman’s time is more valuable is true OR what if a man’s time is more valuable is true?
Doesn’t change anything since dating is getting to know each other, learn about likes & dislikes, see face to face, eat a nice dinner, and just enjoy the evening.
If it were the man’s time being wasted…. Then why do men date? If it were the woman’s time being wasted then why would she date? Then opt out of the dating process if you feel like your time is wasted. Who cares? Honest to God almighty, who frickin’ cares?
@MisterWack. Chill bro, this is a simple question.
@KrakenAttackin I know.
Simple question got a simple answer lol
(Is this a trick question? 😂)
Presuming both parties are equally invested in the date, their time is equally valuable.
Ok... so each of us has a spiritual, intellectual, psychological, physical and social side... let's boil it down to Mental, Emotional, Physical and Social for now... we'll skip spiritual today bc that's beyond the "date" stuff and folks find it boring (you can DM if you'd like).
Presuming it's "dating" and not one date...
1. Mentally, both of them should be considering points of commonality during their conversations. The bulk of the convo shouldn't be all on one person's shoulders... they should be sharing... it builds the momentum for intellectual attraction, connection, blah, blah, blah.
2. Emotionally, both should be prepared to be open and share feelings, history, etc. Nothing too heavy at first, but gradually opening up to one another.
3. Physically, both should take a reasonable degree of effort to look good for one another, to show and share affection (initially through small touches, eye contact, blah blah blah... increasing gradually over time). --> By default, girls tend to overshoot in this department so guys should show moderate appreciation for that time and effort. <-- Physical chemistry (which is the thing most people notice first) builds gradually...
4. Socially, both should not only be able to show each other respect, but to demonstrate good manners, etc. etc. to those around them... Social context can also include things like watching and enjoying a ballgame/concert, volunteering together, etc. etc. etc. Whatever the activity is, their social compatibility should gradually be revealed...
So... mutual, equal investment... a process of giving and accepting attention and details at these four levels that allows the guy and gal to see if they have enough between them to date more regularly, or even to consider a more serious relationship track.
(Too wordy... sorry.)
A relationship is shared.. unless she has to pee.
The line is longer we can't help it

No woman's time is more valuable than mine purely because as the man, I have to bring everything to the table to court you. You just need to look decently attractive and dress well.
The value of time has too many nonlinear dimensions to adequately compute amplitude.
@normalice. But yet people are always taking about the value of that time. Time, afterall, is the only resource we ever truly have.
Just because people talk about it doesn't mean people know what they are talking about. I'm sure everyone has their own localized idea about the value of their time but there are no absolute metrics to compare. The closes we come is money but we made the up, too.
And time is not a resource. Resources can be controlled and exploited. Time can not - or at least we don't know how.
A woman's time is more valuable because she has leverage. Who has to prove themselves the most in the courtship phase? Men. Who is plentiful and easily disposed of? Men. Who is easily replaced? Men. Who since like motherfuckers and devalues themselves all on their own? Men. Who is expected to put themselves in danger because they are viewed as less important? Men.
The different times have equal value, but for the amount of time that women waste in dating, I have a hard time having any sympathy for them when they have their time wasted.
People's time is equally valuable regardless of gender.
Her time isn't more valuable, but her money clearly is, which is why most women expect men to pay.
Both people's time is valuable.
Nope
How about NO
