No and both people should respect one another’s time as well as enjoy the time spent together. When a relationship becomes one sided it either needs to be broken off or communicated. There are some cases where someone just doesn’t know the relationship is one sided and when brought up they feel terrible.

While others are narcissistic and believe that everything is about them. Those people need to be let go or you’ll spend the rest of your life in absolute misery.
