I have studied and worked at different places. Girls told me that, I am unreliable guy. I want to marry, how do I become a reliable and committed guy?

A reliable person is someone who makes it to things on time and isn't always getting "lost" in the realities of life then making excuses for not being there when they're needed, not being on time, not making an effort to understand things that are essential or important to another person, not bothering to show common courtesy... etc. etc. etc. (You get the idea.)

Similarly, a committed guy knows how to stay put and shoulder a burden with his current/potential partner.

Based on what he's said, it sounds like he moves around a lot for work and study and in this day and age the "gig economy" has become a thing and the only way (in the US at least) a lot of people can make decent money.

But not being faithful to a place doesn't mean you have to be faithful to a partner. My SO and I have agreed that while we want to "settle down" with each other, we'd both be fine living a "nomadic lifestyle" (jumping from one job to the next). And something we've both realised is that we get bored of a place if we live there for too long.
