Have you ever enjoyed a picnic with Just your boyfriend?

So my boyfriend and me went on a picnic yesterday, we ate and then just laid on the blanket talking. I laid my head on his belly, just something that I like doing and he likes it because my hair tickles him 😆 He was playing with my hair and I ended up falling asleep it was so relaxing. I just felt so calm and safe being with him 💕 Do you feel like this when you're with your boyfriend/girlfriend? Like nothing could ever hurt you just being together ❤️ Like no matter what happens as long as you're both together you know everything will be okay ☺️

I don't like picnics unless we are at a beach. At a lake, I feel like insects will try to steal your food. We once had a barbecue at the lake and we could not even touch our sodas cause the bees thought it was honey and kept swirling around our drinks. It was our first and last lake side barbecue. I went to a potluck with a church one time and liked it a lot more, they brought noodles and rice instead of barbecue meat so sea gulls and bees were not trying to steal our food.

All the time. When we first met, I found out he likes to hike (I do too), so for our third date, I invited him on a hike at my favorite place. I packed a lunch and we had a picnic on a huge rock I call "Old reliable". We do it every couple weeks. In fact, a few weeks ago, he planned it and ended up proposing to me on "Old reliable"! I would like to take that rock to our wedding somehow lol I have a lot of good memories that he's been a huge part of.

I use to love picnics too. I can't remember the last time we went. We do have picnics (ish) is in the garden, but sitting on garden chairs and eating from the table with a canopy thingy over isn't quite the same.

But yes, I have enjoyed multiple picnics with my girlfriend. Those are some of the sweetest moments Raine and I have :)

OMG, yes! It's one of the sweetest, most romantic things Lee does. I'd never actually been on a picnic with any of my former boyfriends. When Lee suggested we go on a picnic, I'll be honest, my first thought was it was a little corny. but once we got there… OMG it was so romantic! He worked so hard to make sure it would be absolutely perfect!

I Can relate to the feelings of being content and just enjoying the time spent with my significant other. Sometimes it is needed to just take time for yourselves together sitting in silence and just enjoying the quiet and comfort of not being alone but feeling peaceful almost as if you were but with the reassurance of knowing they're right there with you.
