Like you would give them a heads up about you and what your red flags are so they can decide if they want to continue to date you or not.

Yes. Every single one, every time. I will list all the things I believe the majority of men find to be a red flag or undateable. I almost encourage them not to date me, especially if they are unsure. I know that sounds weird but I literally don't have the time nor energy to waste on getting to know someone then later on find out they are not ok with something and realize all that effort was for nothing. Always better to be upfront and let him decide what he can handle or not.

I mean not like in an intentional, organized fashion, that'd be weird. But if we're already talking about it or I'm trying to explain my own behavior/choices then sure. No point in hiding what they'll find out eventually. Just don't throw it in their face right off the bat lol

My wife told me right away what her red flags are. Then she time me she what her red flags used to be and how she changed. It was a little much but there's literally nothing we can't say to each other after that.

Yeah. It is much better for each person to know what is and isn't acceptable in a relationship instead of wasting each other's time and resources for a relationship that would never last.
