My boyfriend says we don’t go out anywhere because I am the problem?

Hey ya’ll. my boyfriend and i have been together for 4 years. we used to go out all the time and now we barely do anything. i’ve asked him why and he says that we will but we never do anything. so one day when i saw him in person i actually asked him and he said “you constantly complain, nag and you don’t make me feel loved. you make me feel like crap because of the past and i’m no longer that guy anymore and you act like i am and I've noticed that you keep your guard up with me all the time and i hate that” i don’t know if he is telling the truth or if he just doesn’t want to take me out anywhere and he’s just blaming me. when he said i complain and about the past is when we first started dating he liked girls bikini pictures, he DMed a bunch telling them they were pretty i asked them to please stop he said yes and he continued to do it and he finally stopped this year. when i asked him why he did it, he said “i was stupid back then and didn’t know what kind of girl i had in front of me and now i know you’re the one so i stopped. but it’s hard for me to believe because he lied so much before so i constantly bring it up and he says that brining it up is the reason we don’t go out but I don't know if he is telling the truth.
