My ex with BPD is starting to make me nervous, what do I do?

This is a very unfortunate situation as I don’t think he’s doing enough for me to actually take this further, and I work with him once a week (yeah I know, big mistake.) Also even if I found another job, my feeling is this would get worse.

I was with him for a few years, I don’t think he ever really had a long term relationship before me, they were all extremely short. We broke up last year & I cut him off a few months ago because he’s a horrible friend and not someone I want in my life.

Everything was quiet for a bit, all I noticed was a lot of staring at work. Then eventually I was contacted by a new woman saying he is making up lies about me that I’m “obsessed” with him even though I cut him off and she felt he still had feelings for me.

Then he went around our workplace unprovoked, telling people he had a girlfriend a month ago to evoke a reaction out of me but of course there is no girlfriend, because he told our new coworker a week ago that he’s single and on a dating site. The creepy thing is last week on Monday I worked with him then late at night, someone was trying to get into my account —the same dating app he was talking about, that he brought up to the new guy the day after this all happened to me. He also use to obsess over me signing up for dating sites after we broke up so I know he did this.

I was also told by this new guy that he obsessively asks if I talk about him and to watch out for me , lol. I also notice when I go outside into the parking lot, he sees me , and will come stand right outside the door and position himself where he can see what I’m doing, probably thinking I’m meeting another guy.

The creepy thing is he does all of this but to my face , pretends like I don’t exist.

What do I do?

Also he literally completely ignores me and will not even be professional with me. We have 0 contact on both ends which is perfect for me , but then what explains this behaviour?
