Yeah in my opinion it is, especially if they were still young when their parents got married.

I know my father in law got remarried to a woman who has a son that was dating my sister in law. She found it weird and broke up with him, but her dad and step mom tried to force her to get back with him. Thankfully, she refused.

Last I heard, he was still living at home and my sister in law got married to someone else and had 2 kids.

Anyway, step siblings who aren't blood-related at all to each other only have "morals" and disapproving parents to stop themselves from doing so.

It depends on their age, whether either is living with the parents, and how often they would see each other before the possibility of dating unfolded. If things go North, family gatherings afterwards might be awkward. And introducing your girlfriend to the stepsister who was previously your bedmate could be a little weird.

Long, long time ago a friend of mine had met his step-sister before the parents married; they still occasionally had sex after the parents had married. Generally, of course, after a night of going out and drinking alcohol (so any possible 'restrictions' would be lessened due to the alcohol).

I have a best friend who started dating his wife, and when their parents met, said parents started dating. Best friend had a single mom, his wife had a single dad.. A few years after my friend and his wife got married, their mom and dad got married.

I think in cases like the above it's alright, in cases where they grew up together it is weird.

Yes but biology can't be helped. Like my step sister started developing big boobs at age 15, I came home from college and took notice of how super fine she was and she saw me looking. After that sex was inevitable. My stepfather wasn't happy though

In my jurisprudence it doesn't fall under incest. A husband and step daughter does.

If it is not incest she's fair game. Most people will be turned off by step siblings but it does happen.
