What to do when you become more sexually attracted with someone and it was sort of unexpected?

i meet this girl through her work , last summer when she worked there i didn't really pay any attention to her at all. then this summer we started to talk a lot and hang out there and it was more just friendly.

but i'm becoming more sexually attracted to her as time drags on. and now i don't know what to do as we've sort of just been friends at her work. i don't know if i should try and date her or spend time with her outside her work somehow? or just accept that it isn't going to happen

but she has enjoyed the attention so far and seems ok with me so maybe i have a chance?

i don't even know where to take her or where i could see her that wouldn't be her work. she hasn't really expressed any interest in anything obvious

almost like she is one of those girls who looks like she'd be a lot of fun but doesn't really do much of anything

i asked her today what her plans were for rest of summer and got like nothing , all she said was working , there is a big country concert next weekend but didn't sound like she was even going

she spends a lot of time with her hair , she has this beautiful long blonde hair

but agree i need to keep talking to her to try and get more info about what she likes and does outside of work
