If you have, what was your reason for doing so? Did you love the person you were cheating with or was it just for sex? Did you feel spite for the person being cheat on or did you feel guilty? Do you regret it now or would you do it again?

My first girlfriend in college turned out to be engage to a singer that was on tour. She was cheating on him and only told me when he was on his way back. They divorved about 3 years later and she tried to call me. Never returned the call, obviously. That's just one example. Like, half the girls I've ever dated were actually just cheating on their SO. They literally all lied about it.

Not knowingly. I did have a friends with benefits benefits thing with a woman for a couple of months until I found out she was married, but I ended it as soon as I found out.
