We have been seeing each other since February we really started going on dates in April

Well, considering we’re into August, it sounds like he’s being disingenuous. Usually men know by the 2nd or 3rd month of dealing with a woman whether or not he wants to get more serious, if not having already decided before that.

At this juncture, after all these dates and whatever else you two have done, he knows whether or not he’s serious about you. At this point if I were you, I’d be asking myself how much more time is acceptable to keep investing in this guy before he gives you a title. Everyone is different, so it’s for you to decide when that time would be. If I were in your shoes, it would’ve been back in June where I was like “okay, we’ve been going on dates, been talking, we seem to like each other enough, so what now?”.

Men typically will have no issue acting in their own best interest before considering yours. Right now, it seems to work for him to go at this snails pace, maybe it’s because he’s busy, maybe it’s because he wants to explore his options still, maybe he is still on the fence about committing. Who knows. But in any case, it works for him to drag his feet. Now it’s for you to decide if it works for you as well.
