Why do I feel like when I am less interested the other person becomes more interested?

The way this woman behaved in our last call I think was completely unreasonable and concerned me. I pretty much told myself that it's not even worth meeting her.. I'll spend my time with someone else, then writes me with what I guess a sort of apology while still placing some blame on me.. I honestly don't think I did anything wrong though, so yeah, red flag.

But seriously, when you’re legit preoccupied with other concerns (or dating someone already) for some reason it does tend to lead other people to chase you. It’s part of that “missing out” anxiety some folks experience. Just ignore it.
