An east coast style grinder sandwich in the same vein as a Mancino’s roast beef combo. It’s a 16” oven baked masterpiece with hearty portions of roast beef, turkey and ham, cheese and mayonnaise. Then topped with lettuce and tomato. There’s usually a pickle on the side, but because they also make pizzas, a kindly request can get that swapped out for a couple of pepperoncinis. MMMMMMMMMM!!!
It’s my most favorite food in the whole wide world and i haven’t had on in over five years!

Just on a plate. Usually with fried potatoes and baked beans. Cut off a slice and smother it in the baked bean 'sauce". YUMMY!!
Here's how mom made it:
slice off the fat, bones and skin.
cover the meat in flour, then an egg that was beaten, then the breading. (Have each in a separate dish or pie pan)
get a skillet heated up with bacon grease in it and fry the chicken in that. Blot off the extra grease before putting it into another skillet with some water covering the bottom and a metal grate that sits just above the water, put a lid on that and steam the chicken for a while, then it's ready to serve. peel the potatoes and remove the eyes. slice them very thin and drop the slices into a skillet with butter and fry them that way.
An alternate would be to boil the potatoes, then peel them and remove the eyes, then cube them and fry those in butter.
Cook the baked beans the way you normally would but, add ketchup and brown sugar and some maple syrup.
