To me it just means that I have in fact NOT fallen in love with either of them because when I do fall in love with someone, I won’t have space in my heart for anyone else.

I list the pros and cons of what a long-term relationship with each would be like. But i also prefer to choose the one who has the same goals and the same timeline. Yet i somehow always ended up with people who had the same goals but pretended to have the same timeline. Your question lacks context, as in what do you really feel, couldn't it be just attraction and not love? Because, yes, special cases aside, you will love one person only. Love, as in, wanting exclusivity, wanting one at the exclusion of all the others. Considering your age range, I think you're simply attracted to both, and then it doesn't really matter who you pick because you cannot be wrong when you appreciate both.
