How to know if you should be with the person you’re with?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 4 years now, but lately I feel like he’s bored of me. He’s mad and annoyed with me a lot and when I ask him to communicate and tell me what I’m doing wrong, he just gets more annoyed and will ignore me. He gives his friends more attention then he does me which just confuses me even more because I always try to do things with him and he’s never in the mood.
Also once he was talking to his friends and made a comment on how he used to be a player and I asked if he is still just joking, but he said he isn’t but thinks of it sometimes.
I really do love him and he can be good but I’m just confused on how to tell if he wants me.

I try to get him in the mood but he’s always gaming with friends and just doesn’t make time for that. He does deal with depression which I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I mean I do as well but I’m still good to him
