For me if I can look into her eyes and I see the beauty within I see that she has a beautiful heart she's confident she's smart she's wise she has common sense she can smile she's happy if I can feel all those things within then the outside is all just an extra bonus if you truly want to know who somebody is watch the way they act around their friends their parents their sister their brother watch the way they treat them how kind they are or how rude or mean because however they treat them is how they're going to treat you go to a drive-in window at McDonald's see how they treat the cashier all those little things are telling you stuff about that person if they get angry really easy when they're talking to somebody if they can't control themselves that tells you something about them if he talk crap about people all the time that tells you you don't want to be around but there's just little things that everybody does to either make you like them or to warn you and say I'm sorry but I don't really like this time for me to move on but the thing is is you have to be honest you can't say oh this person does this this person does that that's a big red flag but I think I'll try it anyway no no you why even try it just go someplace else because there's somebody better

if you're happy and the relationship seems stable, if you feel like you can acheive all your life goals with the person.

I think there are many many people that most people can be compatible with as long as both sides are interested in committing

How I finally knew was when I felt 100% secure and safe in myself. Everyone is different but there were things about me that I couldn't fix or mold on my own and he helped me do that without knowing it. The love isn't that giddy fairytale crap that lasts few months and then fades. Its maturity and stopping yourself from arguing for the sake of it and just let things be if they really dont matter.

You can't. Time and effort. That's all you have to go off of. I personally look at how she treats her family. That's usually a big tipoff.
