How do you know if someone is right for you?

I am now 24 years old and I actually get approached by men quite often. However, I never seem to like someone enough to have a relationship. I‘ve had 2 relationships but I‘ve been single for almost a year now. I recently met a man who I like, he‘s really nice, attractive and treats me well. The „problem“ is that I do not really feel a spark.. I feel something for him and I really like him, I just don‘t have this „wow“ feeling about him. but I don‘t want to keep turning men down because maybe my expectations are too high. Do you think I should be open to a relationship with him? Or do you think I would „just know“ if he was the one?
