They tax us all up the ass anyway so we might as well get a decent dinner out of it.

I'm a big believer in going dutch in the dating phase.
Why should anyone have to pay for the other person when just getting to know them? Do they not also want to be there? Are they not interested in you? Are they there for free food? Is their time worth more than your own?
I get that the man paying for a girl was common back in the day when women either couldn't work or made a fraction of what men did. But it's not those traditional days. I don't understand why those traditions are still upheld in the current state of society where feminism has already gotten equal rights for women.
At least when you go dutch nowadays, if a date goes badly, the guy doesn't feel used and the girl doesn't feel obligated (if she's a decent/considerate human being with a conscious) to owe the guy anything.
And I hate the opinion of "Whoever asks should pay". Surveys show that 80-90% of the time, it's the man that asks the girl out. Saying whoever asks pays is basically just another way of saying that men should pay.
I don't care if psychologically women are less attracted to men that do not pay the bill. If they aren't willing to pay their own bill, I'm not going on the date with them.
I'm not a believer in woke culture either. I just believe women shouldn't be allowed to have their cake and eat it too.
I say the government because I've done a lot of first meets in parks and what not if it's from online, then move to a coffee shop, then maybe a bar or restaurant depending.
Old bread and feeding ducks. But yeah, all that's needed is a tranquil public place to get into first meeting each other. If you met from a cold approach then I'll pick up some food at a diner or something. Waffle house is a classy establishment.
Based on my limited experience, the guy always pays. However, I am not an expensive date and I will not order the more expensive dishes.
What do you think though if "the man" expects something in return for paying for the meal lol later lol consensually 🤫🥳🥳🎉
When I was young it was usually the guy asking for a first date and he paid for it (and usually all dates).
Men should pay unless he's in his princess era then he'll demand the bill to be split 👸
The's no other option or both. Other because it depends on who's dating who as some women like to pay for their half in the fist date
The government, according to the California legislature.
Here comes feminist who want equal treatment but expect men to pay...
This question comes up often. I say, just pay or don't ask'em out.
Whoever set up the date
@msmissydc Bullshit. Men ask women out and you know it.
I wouldn't even say most guys. But for those who think they need to be the breadearner also need to realize that means they are paying. I dont think either is needed but it's both or non.
Dates before a relationship shouldn't have a money dynamic at all. The person setting up the first date can pay the first date. The second date can be switched etc, Or split from the beginning.
Guys usually pay when I go on dates.
