That’s up to her. Let her choose to give him a chance to quit drinking or let him go.
As her father, of course you can voice your concerns. But, it’s her relationship.

It's possible he is depressed and drinking to compensate for feelings of inadequacy or other situation. I may recommend he seek therapy for addictions and if he is harming her he ought to stay away from her.
