I'm going to be speaking of myself in third person as a character, telling an event that happened in my life okay?

Once upon a time Apple fell madly in love with a guy named Henry when they were in high school and into their adulthood, Apple wasn't very pretty and she was fat but she was so in love with Henry that she lost all the weight and grew her curly hair for him, she basically became what Henry would consider pretty, Henry then lead Apple on and though she was very happy that she had gotten attention from Henry Apple knew something was wrong. One day while Apple was at work she came across Lightening who was a curvy female and though was prettier than Apple she didn't have Apple's pure heart and personality even though with all this said Henry choose Lightening and left Apple to rot in her own misery... Henry later on sexually assaulted Apple and told her that he just wanted to "fuck her" and to "move on" and that he never loved her, Apple decided not to go to the police and to try to let this go but Apple lost all her friends afterwards, Henry got Lightening pregnant and rubbed that in Apple's face the first time Apple found out that Henry and Lightening were together. Now Apple suffers from extreme depression and anxiety... what should Apple do.

Poor Apple! She's been through so much hurt already. It'll be a long road to healing, but there is hope.

First, Apple needs to cut all contact with Henry. He is toxic and will only drag her down further. Block him everywhere so his cruel words can't reach her anymore.

Apple also should consider talking to someone - a counselor could help her process the trauma and regain her confidence. Seeing a therapist is nothing to be ashamed of. It takes real strength to seek help.

In time, Apple's true friends will come back once they see how much effort she's putting in to bettering herself. And she will meet people who appreciate her kind heart.

For now, focusing on self-care is most important. Apple deserves to feel at peace. Perhaps taking a creative class, joining a club, or volunteering somewhere she enjoys could help fill the void and spark new optimism.

What Henry did does not define Apple. She has so much wonderfulness within. With support, Apple can absolutely heal and blossom into her best self again. This challenge will only make her stronger.
