lol no. She’s more than likely struggling, hoping to find a partner who will take her and her child. To me it’s a win in my book. Bragging as a single mother isn’t a flex. I wouldn’t care about her anymore.

Why would that bother me?

  If you're having children then they relationship SHOULDN'T be ending. If you're having kids with someone. If you even having sex with someone they relationship should be pretty permanent.
  I know this isn't a popular take. But that's part of what's wrong with society. People jump into bed far too quickly.

  OK let me just correct you there. No, he didn't change up. He was always that guys she just didn't properly vet him. And yes it is better to raise the child alone than raise it in a toxic environment, if in fact the environment was toxic. But either way this is why it wouldn't bother me. Because being a single mom shows me she doesn't make good choices.

If anything, I'd feel like I dodged a bullet. In all likelihood she left the father for reasons other than not being a good father or husband. Getting together would mean that I'm next in line.

I don't think so. I'd assume she simply has the same reasons as she did before. People I didn't want back when are people I likely still wouldn't want now. It seems normal to still feel that way.

  You make a compelling argument. However, a lot of the time after a child is born, the father switches up. The father didn't show any red flags and he actually wanted the child but abandoned the family once the baby came. I don't think you can blame women for someone else's actions.
