If a woman rejected you in the past and then comes back as a single mom, would you give her a chance if she was now interested in you?

So I am going to guess that this situation needs more details before anyone will be able to give you any useful answers.

What I mean is: As you wrote this... the answer is "no, probably not." But that's because all I know is... woman rejects guy. Woman has relationship that doesn't work out and now has a child. Woman now wants that guy. That's a tough sell.

Here's the thing though. I'm sure that he is more than "some guy you rejected, but now feel differently about."

And to him; you are likely more than some girl he liked who rejected him, and now has a kid and is single.

What is your relationship? Are you friends? Do you know each other?

And most importantly... what changed for you?

You didn't want this guy before. Now you do. Why? (because you got to know who he truyly was since rejecting him? Because you've always regreted rejecting him... and wish you hadn't? Because he lost 200 lbs? What changed for you.)

Depends how interested I was into her in the past. If I genuinely had a crush or feelings for her and she returns having interest in me & my feelings for her were still there; then yeah I’d give her a chance. But if it’s one those where I asked her out and she rejected me for whatever reason and years later she’s interested in me now and I’m not interested, then no. But also you gotta look at how successful you were in past vs the present and see how she acted then vs now

I have always been single so nothing like this will ever happen in real life. However, I will answer your question hypothetically. This is what my reason (s) will be

Simple that is because of my logical and rational thought process. I know how I am as a man and I know how good and different I am from others and despite that if a woman rejects me then it would be her loss. Yes of course the woman is well within her rights to reject any man but in my case once that is done it is done. Even when she comes back and says now she is interested in me, I would never accept that. For me what is done is done.

That being said, I have a good self esteem and a very high amount of self respect. Plus the logic is just not correct here, a woman who rejected me in the past despite me being a better man than her husband ( whom she married) and then something goes wrong whatever it maybe and she comes back as a single mom and now she is saying that she is interested in me this clearly states she gets attracted easily to any man who is nice. It shows that she might not have knowledge about who is genuinely nice, good and only pretending to be nice. Okay, so now she says she is interested in me then it is possible tomorrow someone better will come along and she will interested in that guy. This cycle is likely to continue. Even if I am to consider this it would be a bad idea because he loyalty would be questionable.

Sorry, I have way too much self respect as a man. I am very strict and intolerant towards many things, and I never allow anyone to walk all over me. Before anyone can do that they will be out of my life. For me logic and rationale is utmost important.
