We've been in long distance relationship for about 2-3 years. He wanted me to live and study in his country but I can't. And he said he can't come to my country also. He blamed me for everything like I don't go to him with my own choice. If he loved, he would find a way right? Wouldn't talk about excuses like that. He would try to find his own way for coming to me if I can't do anything. I didn't do anything wrong to him, he decided to break up. Would he regret later?

Each LDR is pointless. Partners are not able to satisfy each others needs. With 2-3 years he was very patient. Usually LDR lasts 2-3 months. Saying that you couldn't move to him it's just a pathetic excuse. You are just saying that your school or work were more important than him.
