Confusing behavior?

So I was in talking stage with a guy for couple of months and we used to talk a lot and neen out on dates 4-5 times but after certain disconnect we started talking again now I don’t understand his behavior he does not answer my calls or return calls but still replies to texts , does not open If I send him any reels but watches all my stories on insta. He says he wants things to work but behaves this way.

Big red flag just doing texts now. Like why not call! He is probably with someone.

I tried calling him to talk things out he won’t pick up or call back just say he will talk to me later but never does so what am I supposed to do.. I tried 2-4 times now so now the ball is in his court.
