Some are, some aren't. But these days it seems most people, at least where I live are judgmental about petty things, women more so then men. There was a girl at work who stopped being friends with me because of some stuff I did at work, even though I never did anything to her personally. I feel people who can look past the bullshit to the good in someone is becoming more rare. But I guess it also depends on what sort of bad things and their intentions. I do like "bad girls" to a certain degree.
