For over a thousand years, their have been certain black people who were able to gain acceptance in many instances because of their attractiveness. This could include being accepted into certain social circles, activities, or even interracial dating.

In 1950’s America, in states where interracial dating was legal, who had more people who had these looks?

black men or black women?

Black men were ignored or used for work. Black women were great whores and still are to get Thier mixed babies with a white family.

Black women with their wide hips and large asses, and black men with longer penises and more muscle-mass, were sometimes sexualized for these features by white men and women during this time period. As someone else said, it would typically be more of an "on the side" thing. But I think even back then there were some interracial couples who had children and such, and weren't always discriminated against for it even back then.
