The first. The issue is that I rarely do it out of bad intent, especially towards people who I like and respect (for the others no comment) . I do it because I am in my own world and I get easily distracted. Sometimes I reply mentally and forget to type the words. I know it sounds stupid and it is stupid but I can't help it.

I have to set alarms to do basic stuff.

I have never ghosted anyone in my lifetime. I did fail to show up for a first date with a girl, and was so consumed with guilt that I called her to apologize. We then had a date at which we both showed up.

I don't date, have no plans to date and thus, I would definitely be the first one to ghost.

It is, I believe, the best way to tell someone that you are not interested and that person should leave you in peace.

If you make it clear to that person that he/she is wasting time, then by insisting, then ghosting is the only appropriate answer to give.

I usually delete people once I feel unneeded in there life or if I feel they don't actually like me. One of my fatal flaws is I never want to make deep bonds, I just like to keep things shallow and surface level.

I’m the one who ghosts. I don’t do it much anymore, but I used to do it because I was too scared of rejection and wanted to be the person who rejected so I didn’t get hurt

I don't ghost, as I have been ghosted and it sucks. Thankfully not by anyone who was really close to me in a long time. Still, I'd rather just going up to what I'm feeling and tell them it's no longer working

I only have gotten ghosted, it’s more women than men who do that since they don’t want to deal with explaining why or are scared

I don't ghost, but I can understand why some women would. If they are dealing with an unstable guy it might be best to just fade away.
