There is no such thing. Some confidence and being at least a bit interesting are general requirements though.

Be a good guy (that doesn't mean be a weak timid pushover. You can be a good guy without being everything else that repels women) have good social skills, dont be a bum, go to the gym, dress nice, get a fresh haircut, have a car.
