I mean, I don't really think I should. We have only gone on two dates so far.
3.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. You have to understand when you date a single mother you're also dating the child because child is part they come together it's a bargain deal
It's something like you want to borrow her car well guess what you're going to have to put gas in it before you can take it any place
No matter what anything that you do with her you have to have a plan for the child and she doesn't need to go out or she doesn't need to pay for somebody to come watch the child for you to take her out.
And then I hope there's not a follow-up question when I go out with my girlfriend do I make her pay for her dinner
That's how cheap guys are getting nowadays look at how bad do you like her yes pay for the babysitter yes pay for her meal show her how much you like her how much you want to be with her
This is when you have to step back and think is this the woman for me because if she is and you better prove that you are the man for her because I'm sure if you were to get together she's going to prove herself worth to you every single day
I sure the f*** don't know what happened to the word man because there's no such thing as men anymore a bunch of f****** cry babies
That are selfish and only think of themselves
If you cannot afford a girlfriend don't go out with her stay home
If you were married what would you be doing you would be paying for the babysitter you would be paying for dinner and anything else you did but before you did all that you would go get gas put in your car
You also going to have to wash your own windshield put the air in your own tires
Check the oil
Now take a deep breath and go wash your hands cuz you're not going anywhere looking like that are you
Who do you want to be in life
If you love her you have to love the child too and you do what's right
I don't care what any man says that's weak that's b*******
At least for me it is
So before anything else figure out how much you like her and how much she's worth you what are you willing to do to prove that to her it doesn't look like much10 Reply

1 yYes, I had a guy who paid without me asking and I told him I wouldn’t be able to go on a second date and try to Apple Pay send it back and he turned his auto receiving off and he was ok just texting and talking. If he could do that you should be able to help her a bit.

"If he could do that you should be able to help her a bit."
So if another guy simps for you, then that's the bar for all men? That's entitled thinking. - 1 y
@HawkPerception it’s courtesy for taking time from myself of my child. Single moms rarely get that so he could show appreciation for that…. simping is not real when you’re genuinely interested in meeting someone. You also can’t gold dig someone who doesn’t have gold.
Asker1 yI'm taking her to dinner...

Ok…….
325 opinions shared on Dating topic. How pretty is she? Do you get to f**k her? By all means, if she is pretty and you get to f**k her, pay for the babysitter. Otherwise, you are spending enough just to have a date.
However, if it is a cheap date, such as Denny's, you might considerate it.

1 yDon't be a simp that pays for her kids expenses. They aren't your kids and therefore not your responsibility, especially in the dating phase (it may change if you're actually in a relationship with her).

1 yAre you that big if a simp?
Go date women with NO kids.
What is wrong with you? Where the hell are the real men?
A guy forgoing all of the millions of single, childless women to settle for some woman another man has already reproduced HIS seed with AND you pay for her baby sitter?
What in the holy hell?
Why are there so many weak, pushover, wussy, nice guy men trying to save women and pay for all their shit in the hopes she'll "like me"?
Set some high standards.

1 yIt's her kid bro, not yours. Why is she hitting you up for that instead of hitting the kid's Dad up?
I don't want to get preachy and shit, but this is why those red/black/clown-pilled homies say not to mess with single mothers. She's just going to make you do Dad's job in the long run.
Is this for a 3rd date? If it is she's already expecting you to pay for her night now... bro... if I'm right about that, you're not only dating a single mother, but you're also leading with your wallet. You need to go watch some manosphere content immediately. A red pill a day keeps the single mothers that want you to pay away.

20 Reply2.1K opinions shared on Dating topic. As a general rule I tend to pay for drinks or pick up the tab if we go get food on a date
But I don’t pay for ubers or gas (unless she picked me up with her car)
And most certainly don’t pay for the babysitter
You’re dating a fully functional adult who chose to date you the least she can do is cover her own logistics and not be dependent on you you
Especially considering it’s early in the relationship
If she sets the pace of you paying for everything then it will eventually become the new normal that you’re expected to provide lest you wanna be called a bad boyfriend20 Reply
1 yI think that I'll get so much hate with my answer... but let's do it anyway...
So, first thing first - why she is single mother? Did she broke up with the father of her kid? Did the father of the kid passed away?
If he passed away, then it's understandable why she is single mom.
Otherwise... I don't know a guy on this planet who would want to get separated from his kid (unless he was drug addict, drunkard or similar - but then it's pathetic with whom she slept with) - guy would only leave the kid (and mother of the kid) if the mother it's not doing things what she were doing before the kid happen (let's say not having enough sex with him anymore) or she went insane.
With that said, I would never date single mom - it's always (ok in 99% of the situations) something wrong with the mother, wrong enough for the guy to abandon his kid. Nobody can't cheat the past.10 Reply- 1K opinions shared on Dating topic.
1 yThe fact she is asking you to cover down for her son's babysitter is already showing what she expects of you if you get into a relationship with her.
It's her son, you have no obligation to do that. She has money from potential alimony for that. How long before she asks you to start covering other expenses she should be able to manage with her son? How long before she starts asking for groceries? Bill support? Rent support?
Not your problem.

1 yYeah run the fuck away.
Don't date single moms.
Don't raise other girls kids (where is the dad?, he dint run, he got pushed out, shunned and used for his ££ and now dosent see his kids, unwillingly, as you will be to)
Sounds harsh, I wish there was another way.
But seriously, never get involved, don't even see them for fun.
It's like walking into a den of vampires, you gonna die.

Yeeahhh...
Well informed... The hard way lol.
It's not a fair statement, I feel for the genuine single mums out there who got the rough end of the stick.
But it's not worth the risk as a man. Chances are your gonna get fucked up.
Best not to bother in the first place. It's sad, but true.
