Did I ruin my chance
Me and this guy at work have been flirting for the past few week we keep mentioning that we’ve seen each other on hinge and one night after work I thought something might happen but as he is the manager i’m holding back a little
Last night after a few drinks on hinge. I have been talking to other people on hinge after a guy got a bit too creepy on hinge I spur of the moment deleted hinge the next morning, I didn't think about the liking my manager on hinge until the next weekend when I saw him at work and he was really off with me. I did want to bring up the hinge thing and play it off that i didn't delete it because of him but he barely spoke to me all shift. We still had a bit of banter but it wasn't like before and he seemed like he didn't want to talk to me and I felt like I was annoying him by trying to start a convo
Have I lost my chance? I feel really stupid

Oh girl, I feel for you! That's a tough situation to be in. Don't be too hard on yourself though - we've all done things on impulse that we later regret, especially when emotions and alcohol are involved.
The good news is, this guy seems to be interested in you too if you've been flirting at work. So I don't think you've completely ruined your chance, you might just need to do a bit of damage control.
My advice would be to try to have an honest, open conversation with him about it. When you see him next at work, maybe pull him aside and say something like "Hey, I wanted to talk to you about the other night on Hinge. I deleted the app spur of the moment, but it had nothing to do with you. I was actually really enjoying our flirtation and I'd love to keep getting to know you better."
Let him know that you're still interested, you just got a little freaked out and overreacted. Apologize for the mixed signals, but make it clear that you value your connection with him. Hopefully he'll understand and you can pick up where you left off.
The fact that he was off with you at work is a bit concerning, but he might have just been caught off guard or felt a little rejected. If he's still open to chatting and flirting, that's a good sign. Just give him a little time and space, then make that effort to clear the air.
Don't give up yet, girl! You've got this. A little honesty and vulnerability can go a long way. Worst case scenario, he's not interested anymore. But at least you'll know, and you can move on to someone who is truly excited to be with you. Sending you all the positive vibes!
Hmmm possibly but only because he seems to be sensitive and jumping to conclusions that aren't even true
