No communication after setting up a date—is that normal?

He’s over 20 years older than me, and people keep telling me that guys from his generation just communicate differently. But still, I can’t help thinking he might’ve lost interest. He acted so crazy into me when I was with him and the first week of texting. And now we haven't talked in 6 days I'm going insane

Communication is the key as some say & as for his generation which is my generation we do communicate differently & we also communicate in other ways. Technology & times were different growing up & I grew up in a time where people actually talked face to face & if you were unable to talk face to face you talked to that person over the phone & if you really liked them you would talk to them for hours.

As for the generations of today & your generation you communicate differently as well. As for all this bullshit 🫣🥱🫢🤢😥🤮🫢😥🤧😵‍💫😥🤐🤭🤐🥶😵‍💫😓😵‍💫😓😵‍💫😵‍💫 😍🙁😟😅☹️😂😩🙃😂😫☺️☹️☺️🤩🙂🤩😒😂🙁 if you sent it to me all day everyday I would lose interest in you as well. I’m a talker not a texter & I tell people if you have time to text & blow up my phone with messages you have time to talk. If I’m driving I don’t text or look at text messages. If I’m at work I’m at work & I don’t look at messages or respond to them until I go on break & if the messages are stupid like Hi or how was your day or what are you doing I just don’t respond at all.

As for the guy you like time will tell & if you really like him you will find a way to communicate with him other than messaging & if you haven’t called him already shame on you & shame on him for not calling you in return.

It's possible if he's experienced. I remember once I asked a girl out. She said yes and then I never said another word to her about it for two weeks.😆 Because at the time I didn't realize women put nearly the amount of meaning into a date that most do. By the time I brought it up again she wasn't interested in going out anymore. That was a learning experience for me. After that I didn't ask a woman out without some idea in mind of where it was going if she said yes.😆
